Good Rhythm Farm exists to provide high quality, nutrient dense, flavorful food to sustain you and your family. We offer a CSA membership that includes specialty vegetables and herbs, and also attend a local farmers market. We are committed to being a vital piece of the Triangle community - growing sustainable food, soils, and relationships.

What Is a CSA?

CSA or “Community Supported Agriculture” is a partnership between people who love eating good food & a local farmer. The structure is similar to a weekly box subscription service - customers pay ahead in full, for a season (30 weeks) of vegetables and herbs.

Membership Program

We offer CSA memberships, which run for 30 weeks April through November, with boxes full of 4-6 vegetables and an herb.

Market memberships are also available, acting as a prepaid card at our farmers market stand, but with extra goodies including a Good Rhythm Farm tote bag.
